High school is busy. That's a fact. So when you're trying to cram for a math test first period or trying to squeeze in enough sleep or simply trying not to be late (again), it may be hard to have a balanced diet–or even a diet/meal at all. My number one tip for morning breakfasts is to prepare it earlier in the week or the night before. I like having protein in the morning and, thus, prefer eggs. So, on Monday, I get some liquid egg whites and pour them in a jar with some chicken bouillon, garlic salt/powder, and shredded cheddar cheese. In the mornings, all I have to do is pour my seasoned egg in a bowl and microwave for a minute. For lunches, I usually make a sandwich the night before. I like wheat bread with guacamole, Swiss cheese, and spinach. Getting pre-made guac, sliced cheeses, and pre-washed/mini spinach makes sandwich-creating a lot easier.
